The significance of living in a house or an apartment has sparked considerable debate in recent times, with some advocating its benefits while others strongly oppose it. Personally, I agree with this perspective. From my standpoint, both the options have their merits and demerits, but living in a house seems to be a more reasonable position. This essay will further outline my arguments in support of this view and ultimately arrive at a well-reasoned conclusion.
Analyzing the statement and explaining further, the first and foremost thing is that houses are spacious, cozy, and airy. They are well structured with a proper ventilation system. Another striking thing in this regard is that they have a backyard and garden that makes the house gathering-friendly plus indoor environment for kids to play. Categorically discussing, it cannot be ignored that the main thing is that the houses are suitable for large families as they provide privacy with a separate room for all family members.
On the other hand, it cannot be ignored that apartments are more convenient for the people who want accommodation in dense areas like students and professionals. Moving further, it is pertinent to mention that living in flats is budget-friendly as they covered the small area. Moreover, it is a fact that people don’t have the headache of maintenance as this is done by building authorities by themselves. Still I will favor living in house as they are far suitable for extended families with hands on privacy.
