In current times, the mode of communication is becoming a pressing issue, wherein, it is argued that the more number of individuals use online mode to communicate with others instead of being a conversation in person; here, I major extent agree with this argue because it has several benefits such as easy contact and maintain record.
As far as online communication is concerned then it has various advantage; firstly, the access of communication is easy. In simple terms, by using internet and smartphone, one can connect with their near and dear once which is live in any corner of the world therefore they contact easily with others. Not only this but also, to be in conversation with others such as on video calls or on mails are helpful for companies and businesses. They can schedule their meetings or interviews by using this method which ultimately saves their time.
One more worth mentioning view cannot be overlooked, a person can keep records of conversations; to simplify it, if the conversation is done by mails or letters then companies can track records of each and every communication. In contrast, the communication which is not include face to face conversation, then it is less trust worthy because it is an animal nature that when person communicate face to face then he or she have trust on others.
To conclude, online communication has several benefits like easily contact, keep records, and save times; while, people have less trust on this mode; therefore they would stop to communicate face to face with others.
