Advantage And Disadvantage

Band 5+: With many problems of transport and accommodation in cities, some governments are encouraging businesses to move to rural areas. Do you think the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

The number of people is considerably rising in the metropolitan areas throughout the years. People have different views with regard to the question of changing the location of business from urban to suburban areas. In this case, the benefits are way more than the disadvantages.

On the one hand, heavy traffic is the most concerning. they not only have to experience a rush of living, but also a constitutional problem of the pollution which is expanded from the vehicles. The consequence of this is people tend to have psychological problems which can cause low productivity. In my country’s capital, one of the advantages of transferring all the industrial zones is it can reduce the number of traffic congestion.

On the other hand, the workers might have more space to live. the more people living in the apartment, the more inconvenient they will get. Also, the birth rate is now increasing rapidly which can cause the lack of spaces, rural areas would be a great solution when it can meet the need for spaces for living . Instead of trying to live in a crowded city, people can live in more spacious suburban areas.

However, there can still be some drawbacks when people decide to move to rural areas. For instance, there is a shortage of convenience stores. There are more ways to go when you have a long- distance trip,…

In conclusion, while there are some advantages of moving businesses to rural areas, I still believe that the advantages outweigh these as traffic and living spaces.
