Band 4+: With the rise of remote work, some argue that physical offices will become obsolete. Others believe that offices are essential for collaboration and company culture. To what extent do you agree or disagree that physical offices will remain important in the future?

In order to minimize the the work and maximize its efficenty the human being had always been componsive and dedicated to create better ways to manage and solve that issue, same thing goes for companies which are now in doubt to either stick to the classic physical office or make that jump transition to the virtual operations, so which way could be key to that debate?

In my point of view saving time and energy is a key factor to that issue thats why I tend to view virtual operations as the most efficent way to switch to, because workers would be chained to that same routine that could drain them mentally and physically, and also that would give them that freedom in work space which can lead to better performances and results. Matter facts that is only favorable if the chosen worker is truly worth the trust to assure that he would be strict within his work so the company needs to put larger efforts concidering chosing the right people to work with. On the other behalf we still can stick to the classic way of the company culture which is physical offices, it can always be reliable and efficent because the world has been using that since the foundation of the term company, I would say the main adventage of this is team work and collaboration between workers so if the chemistery is there there would be absolutely no problem having a physical work sapce.

The world is always in such devaloppement that the human is critically in must to attend within all of his aspects, but there are some basic ways that always worked by his time but the occurent you are the, the easier youd find youself dealing with issues.
