There is no denying fact that the phenomenon of remote work is ubiquitous across the globe. Some people argue that, physical offices is not necessary. While others beleive that physical offices are important for a strong company culture. Although both arguments have merit, I think that physical office is an important thing for proper working environment.
Those who suppport the idea that traditional offices will eventually become unnecessary think that the idea of work from home is increasingly popular among the wrokers. This is because, in todays world internet is almost available to us, for this work from home is not so difficult for one person today. Even, they claim that, work from home saves our time as we don’t have to face the traffic. For example, If one person have to go to in a workplace, he have to face the traffic and its more time consuming than remote works.
On the other hand people who support the idea that a traditinal offices are important for strong company culture claims that only a physical office can ensure the proper environment of work and collaboration among the colleauges. They alwyas support the idea of a physical workplace for the proper welbeing of a company. These can be described with a proper example, if there is a physical office for the worker they can be monitized properly by an authorized person of the office. I think, this would ensure a proper innovation and a great work experoence.
Although both arguments have some merits, I think that the idea of remote work should be observed in a very detailed way.
