In this industry more people are choosing to work remotly. Some think that the increase of remote working would result in deacreaing the city centers and traditional office areas. However, others believe that physical offices are still crucial for promoting social life and career development. Although, working at home offers freedom and less pressure; working in the office could provide a social and learning environment.

Some contend that the noticable increacing of remote working; will cause the offices and cities to diapper that because individuals these days observe the benefits of working for in peace at their own spaces instead regular work spsce. As it gives them the freedom to decide how to lead their work, and it provide them with free-stress job. For instance, a study conducted in the USA shows that these individuals tend to have less stress and are more flexiable working hours as they are the onse who control everything. However, I believe it is more stressful and less managable to work remotly.

On the other hand, there are those how claim that being at real offices make it easier for them to work and socialize at the same time, as its create an environment that allows interaction with co-workers and the sharing information. In addition, in this way they improves their communication skills, thus, build a confedence in real life sitiuation. For example, in comapnies workers often make meetings to discuss complicated issues, where they exchange knowledage and opinion to get deeper comprehension from each others. I strongly believe that this is the best way to work.

In conclusion, working at home could be benefical in term of pressure but working in normal spaces such as company would be even more hlepful with networking and learning.
