Working from home has reached a significant increase, with individuals finding it easier to complete tasks online, rather than having to commute to work directly. However, this raises an issue as office spaces will no longer be necessary. Some argue that working online allows for a greater, more diverse workforce, while some others believe that it will lead to a lack of economic opportunities instead. As far as i’m concerned, i believe working from home provides flexibility and increases motivation.
By working from home, employees are separated into different areas of the community, widening the workforce, which allows for a larger customer base and the uplifiting of small communities. Additionally, working remotely allows for more flexibility for the employees, especially for new mothers, as they would be able to work and complete other tasks simultaneously.
On the other hand, others argue that it will lessen the opportunities for economic growth, especially in urban spaces. They fear that by removing offices spaces, it will reduces the chances of growing and developing, therefore they disagree with working online.
In conclusion, working remotely can lead to a more open work space, while also providing convenience for employees, however it can reduces the chances of growing economically as well.
