Since the existence of human being, there has been important discussion towards diffrenece between men and wemen. Men and wemen have got basic difference in their creation. In the past decades wemen always did activities which match to their natural creation but nowadays most of wemen tend to be equal with men in all activities. They believe that wemen should be equal with men in all situation and events. Although, I think the differences between men and wemen can balance society and make better families.
Wemen are more vulnerable groups of society. Their strengths and weeknesses are different from men and this difference can make a mother or wife out of a woman. For example, wemen have got more empathy towards people and can understand emotional situtions better than men. Although, men don’t attention to the detatils and always want to find fast soloution for each problem. Due to this difference, I think it is better to use men and wemen in proper job positions.
Moreover, when it comes to physical strength and reselince towards hard work, men talks first and wemen are not as strong as men. So, it’s better to use men’s high physical strenghs in labor positions and use wemen in positions which needs detailed attention.
All in all, I don’t think different strenghs and weeknesses can restrict men or wemen in different professions. It is better to participate in activities which match to our nature but if someone like to do all activities, It is not a good ides to restrict them just because of difference in gender
