In the old times, gender is a tool for classified the human ability for working. Both women and men are having different abilities to fit into work position in a company. Job for men is classified to be in a position that needs strength and power, otherwhile job for women is closed with handle things with gentle and softness. But in the reality, it does not mean that they do not capable to do the cross position job perspectives.
Both gender in human are having same abilities. They can not be strict to any assumption that follow with. Although there are certain job that can do in specific gender. For examples, the job that fill in one specific gender, men for example that to be driver nowadays is fill with women too. In the other hand, the nurse that full with women, can be fill in men.
But who can not judge someone’s capabilities based on certain assumption. The individual itself who knows what they are capable of for the job. A group of men are having gentleness and softness to do the woman-job field and a group of women are having strength and power to do men-job field.
This ability is followed by the institution that people learning certain work of field. People can learn anythings that they are interested in so they can improve to anyone who they wanted to be. The assumption that standardized from the gender can not be relevant in nowadays. Because in the end, human capabilities are same in the world of professional.
