It is a fact that females and males are considered to have different weaknesses and strengths, an opinion that is completely true. Firstly, the nature of men differs from that of women. As it is known, males are more aggressive, impetious and physically stronger than females, while women are more caring and placid compared to men. Therefore, excluding females or males from particular positions is inherent in professional life.
Initially, as stated before, a person’s characteristic and physical features are affected from their gender. Therefore, men are capable of tackling physically challenging situations, whereas women are good at handling mentally challenging tasks and taking care of individuals who are in need. Consequently, it is undeniable that specific jobs require only men or women. For example, in heavy industries, such as the car manufacturing industry, only hire male workers for their factories due to the requirement of physical labor. On the other hand, knowing that females are more mentally stronger than men, employers tend to hire women for positions that require to be calm under pressure.
Furthermore, this approach would be quite beneficial for the economies of countries. As it is anticipated, if the job is done by a suitable worker, the productivity level would also improve. Thus, this development would contribute to the financial states of nations. Because of this, I firmly believe that the requirements of certain professions can only be fulfilled by one gender. For instance, a ship-manufacturing company, which is located in Turkey, has announced that women are not allowed to work in their factories anymore. After a while, it is observed that their efficiency in the manufacturing process has significantly increased as well.
In conclusion, women and men have different strengths and weaknesses relating to their gender. As a result, for certain positions, only one gender should be allowed to work because the opposite gender would not be able to fulfill the requirements of the job, and this change would also be quite beneficial for countries due to enabling them to produce more goods.
