In the 21’st century Artificial Intelligence became the vital part of majority life, since people use it in the wide range of activities. Now, individuals keen on to ask advice from AI chat bots, insted of real specialists. I firmly maintain that it is complietly negative change, due to people forgetting how to interact with other, which can lead to anxiety.
First of all, machine intellegence alter the way how we communicate people. People used to meet the person and talk with them to seek help, but now all knowledges keeped on big database and everyone may fastly get answere for their question. For example, the most famos AI bot, called “Chat gpt”, can give academic description of medicines or describe symptom causes, that is why people prefer typing theit problem to bot, instade of calling ambluance. Moreover, this habit may gradually reduce real-life communication skills. When individuals rely too much on artificial intelligence for advice, they may become less confident in speaking with doctors, teachers, or even friends. As a result, people can feel isolated and uncomfortable during face-to-face interactions.
Secondly, excessive dependence on AI may contribute to anxiety and emotional detachment. Human specialists are able to show empathy, understand emotions, and provide personalised support, while chatbots only generate responses based on stored information. Consequently, individuals may stop building meaningful relationships and become more socially withdrawn. For instance, a person experiencing stress may choose to talk to an AI chatbot instead of seeking professional psychological help, which could prevent them from receiving proper emotional care.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that relying on artificial intelligence instead of real specialists is a negative development. Although AI offers quick and convenient information, it may weaken communication skills and increase feelings of anxiety. Therefore, people should use technology as a supportive tool rather than a replacement for human interaction.
