It is often considered that federal bodies should devote their funds to the reconstruction of old buildings in large cities. Whereas, a few individuals believe that, in the contemporary legal officers should invest in making new roads and accommodations. Thus, I completely assent to the notions that further lead to a logical conclusion.
Right off the bat, the bureaucrats should develop their nation, although more amenities should be introduced by renovating old heritage sites and rectifying the problems of gridlocks. However, in large urban cities, the government should spend their money to reconstruct because ancient accommodations cover a wide portion and are a major cause of congestion in big areas. For instance, in Dhaka, the old Dhaka town is known for its intolerable road blockages by vehicles, due to the lack of space in that area.
Furthermore, in modern times, development is necessary for youths as the population density has highly surged, causing more vehicles to face accidents. Moreover, there is also a major lack of adequate public transportation, which could mitigate the use of cars and motorbikes. Therefore, the administration should spend its earnings to commence public transportations and increase its standards, along with more apartment complexes. For example, Dhaka has a high population with a below, par bus system, followed by only one metro line, whereas, countries like Switzerland relies on their metro, trams and many more.
In conclusion, the government should renovate older buildings, accordingly to reduce travelling time on roads and increase more amenities in that area. Despite the fact that historical sites should be treated as a national treasure, but the ones which are not historical are recommended to be utilised for improving living standards in order to make a megacity habitable.
