A huge amount of money is spent to renovate historic buildings in many large cities, wile some people believe that this expenses should be used to construct new houses and roads. I strongly agree with the point of view as I firmly believe that public sectors should focus on developing basic amenities to improve the cities image.

First of all, spending state expenses on expanding roads Ishould be prioritized This is because, in many cities and twons roads are damaged and prone to a number of accidents, which increase the morality rate in a country. In India, for example, high way road access are very poor that cause cogestion, bumper to bumber traffic; as a resutit, accidents occurs. Thus, money have to spend on expanding and renovating new and ridged roads.

Furthermore, Another important reason for my opinion is that new houses should be built to facilitate the public. When building thier own houses, for instance, cost huge sum of money, which lead to fanacial debt. However, governmnet quaters are benefical, as public need no build mental stress to build their own houses that also increase the revenues for the governement as more people will be residing. While, there is no question that govenment must not spend money on renovating antique buildings, it is clear that spending money for the public has benefits both the government and the public.

In conclusion, governments spend a large amount of money in maintain historical buildings, these should be used for the benefit of the public, that building ridge roads and new houses. In my opinion, these benefit both the govenments.
