The charts examine the scenario of crime in the United Kingdom of previous year both in terms of age of criminals and patterns of crimes. Overall, it is clear from both of the charts that it is young people who were mostly engaged in criminal activities criminal activities criminal activities, while, violent crime has the lion share of the crime report.

Looking at the first graph, we see that the crime rate is below 5% within the age range of 11 but from the age of 12 the ratio escalated drastically. The juvenile crime rate reached at 80% but for the people who were 24 years or more, the graph experienced a dramatic trough. From the age of 28, the crime ratio decreased gradually and plateaued in the case of people over 50.

In regard of crime types, public order crime was the least in ratio, while, violent criminal activities occurred in 46 cases out of 100. Interestingly, property crime percentage was the second highest which is close to the rate of drug crime. Every fifth crime was drug related in UK in the year mentioned.
