Several people go through life with a job that they dislike or do not have the skills to carry out. This can be due to money, prospects, aspirations or motivations. The result of such a situation is depression and undesired actions of murder, suicide or mass shooting.
It is unfortunately quite common to find people conducting a task that they do not enjoy or have knowledge of. This is the way most corporations are built, when people join the workforce, they are often unsure of what they want to do, and by the time they understand the task, they are too old and at that age are scared to leave their comfort zone for many reasons such as money, time or family and as a result, they continue along, not knowing that it gets harder with time. For example, a recent survey done by the Employment and Satisfaction Bureau showed that 65% hate the role they are in or the work they are doing, however, only 8.96% are willing to take any action to change or reskill.
The consequence of this is that people go into depression and then start doing bad things, most of them do not realise that there are people to help, but they do not take any actions themselves, for example, many shootings that are taking place around the world it is a reminder that if you do not care about the people around you or work with you they will take drastic action.
In conclusion, many people do things that they do not like because of family pressure or fear of change and the consequence is the bitterness and aggression that is a result of this year of dissatisfaction and depression.
