Television dominates the free time of too many people. Because when people have free time, they watch television, watching news or movies on Netflix, and sometimes television helps people learn about what is going on around the world.

Television is good for news editors who broadcast news from different social media around the world. It helps those who do not have much work to do in their daily activities. Television sometimes helps children learn different things, as television offers different music from different channels around the world.

Television dominates free time such as watching different news from different countries around the world,so that people may know news all over the world. Sometimes it helps those who are not able to access smartphones, such as older people, who like watching news to kill boredom at home.

I agree that television can make people lazy sometimes, and it can prevent those watching it from socializing with others because they have enough time for others other than watching television, sometimes ignoring them accordingly. This dominates the free time of some people who have nothing to do with other social media at all. Sometimes television can help a child stop crying while watching cartoons and it keeps children busy so they do not disturb people around the house.
