The flow chart gives information about various stages of making soft cheese.
Overall, it is clear that the process consist of five stages, starting with mixing water and milk and ending by coolling and filtering cheese.
At the first step, the certain materials that need for making cheese are milk and water, mixing them in the mixer. The fixed materials should be cooled for two hours at 5 degrees Celsius. In the next stage, solt is added to the liquid substance to create fermentation and receives heat for 6 hours at 35 degrees Celsius.
In the fourth step, the extra water is evaporated by heating the fermentation at 100 degrees Celsius for 8 hours. Finally, the remaining materials should be cooled for 6 hours at 5 degrees Celsius which causes waste water, cheese goes through a filter and soft cheese is generated.
