Reading newspaper or magazine was recorded as the third favored people’s reason to be present at the library. It accounted for around 15% in 1991, but it drpped dramatically to roughly 5% in 2000. From 1991 to 2000, there was a dip decrease in the percentage for studying, from about 10% in 1991 to the lowest of 3% in the end of the year.
