The two pictures illustrate the development of a conference center, comparing its layout from the present time and the future.
In general, noticeable changes will be made to the arrangement of the venue over the period shown. Notably, the main modifications will involve the relocation of many facilities and the addition of modern buildings.
Analyzing the two maps in greater detail, at present, the conference center was situated within a large rectangular area with the driveway connecting from the road along the north side to the car park on the east side. In the proposed plan, the driveway and the entrance of the car park on the south side will be removed for the purpose of constructing two new separate entrances on the south side, facing the road. Additionally, the car park will be reduced in size, providing room for the expansion of a gardens to the north side.
Turning to the other facilities, the hall in the middle will be reduced in size to make way for new kitchen and cafe. Moving to west, the two meeting room will be returned into three smaller meeting rooms. Finally, the cafe on the south side, facing the road will turned into a fitness room, while the toilet and reception to the left will remain unchanged.
