The maps show the present and future layouts of the conference center. Overall, the area will undergo significant developmets with the extension of a meeting room, the introduction of a fitting room and kitchen, and the relocation of a cafe. It is also notable that the conferece center will keep most of its faciliticies, despite experiencing certain alterations to enhance the overall appereance of it.
Focusing on the present structure of the conference center, there have been two meeting rooms on the west corner. In the center of it, a hall has been located. A toilet, reception, and cafe have been accommodated on the south side of the area. When it comes to the West, a car park has been situated, with gardens occupying the top of it. In the western part of the center, a road has been built, with a access from the left hand to the car park.
Turning to the future redevelopment of the area, it will be extended in certain sectors. Specifically, a new meeting room will be introduced in addition to the previous meeting rooms without occupying extra space. The cafe will be relocated just north part of the hall, with adjacent to a newly constructed kitchen on the east corner. A fitting room will be built in the location of the cafe. In the eatern side, there will be the extension of gardens, using the same size of the area as the car park. While the toilet and reception will be remained their original positions, the access to the car park will be from the south directly.
