The pie chart demonstrates proportion of Government spending on Arts while bar graph confirms numbers of people attending in art events in the years 1995 and 2005.
As seen in the pie charts, the music is dominating then other three sectors which government spent. In 1995 we can see visual arts accounted a quarter of government expending, but in 2005 it had dropped to one in ten. During the 10 year period the literature illustrated dramatically climb from around 10% to 40% whereas music sector experienced a 10% decrease.
Between 1995 and 2005 individuals who engaged in art occasions had a small jump in theatre and literature. However, visual arts participants was declined from 50.000 to nearly 49.000. There was steadily growth about 30.000 in attending music events from 1995 to 2005.
It’s clear from two charts, among the 4 sectors music and theatre was high requirement compared with others during the periods of 10 years.
