According to what is shown, the first step is acidification contain of raw milk and bacteria, then add tenzyme to make solidification. Following this, it is cutting the curds into a small pieces. After that, put the cheese in a large pot with moderate heat for heating and draining. Subsequently, in a large container add salt on the cheese as a flavour. Then, shaping the cheese by specific equipment. The cheese undergoes fermentation process for two months. Finally, package the cheese to sell in the stores.
To sum up, we could say that there is only one flavour that add on cheese which is salt, after heating and draining the cheese that will assist the cheese to absorb it faster.
