Everyone, including even the most dangerous criminals, has the right to life, no matter what they have done. Secondly, sometimes, judicial errors happen in courts, resulting in irreversible punishment. For example, a individual is given a capital punishment, and after the death, new evidence, which proves the individual is not offender, reveals. In this case, it is impossible to rectify the judicial error, which is against the legal framework.
