I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction towards the food and service at your restaurant.
My friends and I visited your restaurant last week for my graduation celebration party. We reserved a table of six in advance and ordered many restaurant’s signatures. The party went smoothly except for a serious incident.
I would like to respectfully point out that your food sanitation is beyond my disappointment. There were some worms and small snails in my salad bowl and my friend also found hair in her soup. This situation spoiled our appetite and deterred us from happily enjoying our meals. As a result, the dishes remained unfinished at the end of the party. Another frustrating issue was the server’s indifferent attitude when we informed him of the poor experience. He simply apologized to us without taking any further actions to compensate for the discomfort. Besides, the price of the spoiled salad and the soup was also included in our bill, which was illogical and unbearable to us.
I hope this matter will receive your immediate attention. Due to the inconvenience, I would appreciate a full refund of our meals or a voucher for our future visit. I would respectfully suggest you address this problem with your staff to prevent similar incidents for other customers. I look forward to your response and proposal.
