Overall, it can be clearly seen that the coastline areas of Seaville had gone through some significant changes over the three decades from 1980 to 2010.
According to the diagram, the year 1980 had a limited facilities access for the tourism purposes. In particular, the northwestern part had a establishment of woodland followed by marsh, holiday cottages and hotel. The mainland area was a plain as not a thing were build whereas at the corner of northwest, there was a east bank near river. Correspondingly, there were the foundation of tea room right next to sound dunes.
However, the diagram of 2010 had a very dramatic changes over thirty years of time span as numerous recreational activities and infrastructure had been added. The golf course and permanent house completely replaced the woodland, marsh and holiday cottages and for the hotel, it remained in same spot as in 1980 with more locations adjustment. Surprisingly, the mainland had a drastic conversion with the inclusion of frameworks such as retirement village,hotel, restaurant and boat club. The east bank in the northerneast persisted at the very same spot on the other hand the holiday cottages were located in the southerneast corner.
