Considering carbohydrates category formed the majority at 60% of the healthy diet for sport.This is higher than the proportion of carbohydrates in a healthy diet,as well as the lowest proportion of carbohydrates by 40%.On the one hand,individuals who eat an average diet consume a greater of protein at 40% than those who eat normal diet at 30%,and those are estimated to slightly shrink to 25%.
