The pie chart illustrate the proportions of five kinds of books sold by a bookseller between 1972 and 2012.Overall, each five figures of books have changed over the given period. In the case of adult fiction books, they have grown, on the contrary, biography books have declined gradually.
In 1972, other kinds of books represented a substantial proportion. That proportion was a quarter of whole. Adult fiction, children’s fiction and biography shared the same percentage(20%). And travel books followed them, and they made up the smallest proportion(15%). However, those percentages changed In 1992. Adult fiction books accounted a quarter of the total. Children’s fictions and travel experienced a little rose and they were 22% and 18% respectively. On the other hand, biography and others dipped slightly(15% and 20% respectively).
In 2012, adult fiction reached a peak, 45%. Children’s fiction increased a bit and it has become 25%. Percentage of biography decreased(12%). Travel and others have declined in comparison to 1972
