The process starts when potatoes are delivered by truck to the factory within 30 days. After that, they are automatically cleaned with water before being peeled and sliced into small pieces. Then, these pieces are boiled and stored for the next preparation after being chilled.
At the same time, fresh salmon are delivered to be prepared by adding lemon juice and salt within 12 hours or less. Next, seasoned salmon is cooked in a steam oven. At this point, skins and bones are removed by workers and checked by an inspector for the last stage. The final products are finished when prepared peas, sauce, and chips are wrapped with the fish. These are then frozen prior to being stored and dispatched to supermarkets for consumption.
