To whom it may concern,

My name is XYZ and have registered for computer training program for six-month at your college, due to this I need accommodation nearby college through your agency, so it is easily accessible to me to attend class on time and .

I would like to share the room with someone attending the same program, which will be helpful for both of us. The room should be spacious, comfortable and have big windows for natural light.

My budget is around CAD $500 per month, so would be grateful if can get the room near this price and requesting you to send the application process, as I can complete it without any further delays.
