Overall, the police budgets’ main source was a national government, and the least contribution was given by grants. In both years, the most significant part of the spending was in salaries for officers and staff, while the technology had the smallest contrubution.
In terms of police budget, at the beginning of the period, the toal amount of money was 304.7m and throught the year grew for just under the 320m. In details, the national government funding had the slight increase by about 2 million euro. The share of local taxes and other sources raised from 91.2m 37m in 2017 to 102.m and 38.5m in 2018, respectively.
Officers and staff salaries got the moderate decrease with 6% over the period. In contrast, the technology field made up the same percentage as an increase by 2018, while buildings and transport remained unchanged.
