The given chart illustrates the occupations of males and females, in 2005 and 2015
Overall,presented tables shows 5 types of occupations:Vice Presidents,Directors,Managers,Analysts,Administrators. Category “Vice Pesidents” is equal in gender in 2015 however in 2005 males were mainly chosen on that postion After that Category “Directors” presents us that in 2015 females are more enthusiastic to get that job whereas opposite gender is more quiet in that job in contrast in 2005 it was completly opposite.Followed by occupation “Managers” females and males show equal interest in it but in comparison with 2015,in 2005 males were more encountered in that specifyc occupation, in 2005 male Analysts is more commonly encountered than females yet,in 2015 we can observe that female and male identicly equal.Administration category didn’t vary that much but if we compare 2005 and 2015 we can spot the difference in number of males
So by observing the chart we can see that Vice presidents in 2005 and 2015 are completely vary fro one another so in 2005 we see that more than 60 percent of vice presidents were male while only 30 of them were woman but in 2015 a number of percentage changed to equality,so after we can see that in 2005 males were more often involved in occupation of director(60%) rather than women(40%)however in 2015 females were more enthusiastic than males. Followed by managers in 2005 and 2015 there is a little difference we can spot that the number of males and females became equal it this occupation in comparison with 2005,Analysis have not altered since 2005 to 2015.The last occupation is Administrators there is a little transformation in numbers the quantity of male workers changed from 15% to 20% respectively
