It is believed that a non-academic subject such as art develops skills in education. Moreover, people think that art is neсessary in the school curriculum. I completely agree with this view for several reasons, which I will outline below.
One of the main reasons why I agree is that students should learn different subjects at school, especially art. This is because the ability to multitask provides an opportunity to achieve success in academic studies. For instance, art helps students to develop their imagination, create new ideas, and, no less important, supports mental well-being. To exemplify, therapists conducted research, and as a result, students who studied art at school had better scores in all subjects.
Another significant reason is that not all of the students want to become a lawyers or engineers. This means that children who want to be an art master or to work in this industry, this subject is necessary for their future career. A good example of this can be seen in art school, where people study literature, history of art and other facultatives like dance and drama. Thus, graduates from universities can build the career in theatres or cinema as their main subject was art. As a result, a broad curriculum at school makes it possible for students to choose their own path in life.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that people who develop the school educational program take into account all aspects, both psychological factors and variations based on different professions. Therefore, it is essential that students have a comfortable environment for both studying and growth.
