Overall, the residence area will be proposed to undergo several major modifications. The most noticeable are the appearance of various recreational facilities along with the removal of some houses

At present, there are many trees that are evenly distributed around the map. Similarly, four-bedroom houses are scattered everywhere in the area. Additionally, in the northern section of the estate stands a private road which branches off from the mainroad, forming an enclosed loop around several houses.

In the future, there will be some houses and trees to make way for new facilities. The U-shaped private road will be shrunk with a new path connecting the main road to the flower garden in the centre. The houses were newly constructed around a flower bed. On either side of the central path, a new lake and tennis courts are going to be added. Lastly, parking spaces are going to be introduced in the southern part of the property.
