Dear John,

I’m writing this letter to reply to your email about my area and give you the idiom for your trip.

There are some hotels or resorts which are located in downtown London. I prefer staying at Best Western hotels because of their facilities, customer service and convenient location for your holiday.

I would love to say that you should make a reservation for your accommodation due to it being the high season for holiday and expensive for the family suit. Moreover, I think you should drive to visit my area instead of flying because public transportation isn’t popular. It is great that you can come around August so that I don’t have to work and I can be a tourist guide for you.

It is very hot and humid in my region so I would like to recommend you to bring comfortable clothes such as shorts, t-shirt and windy coats. In addition, there are very cheap and a variety of designs for clothing so you can buy them when you come here.
