In 2005, the highest number of men who are in employment was observed in Japan, with around 72% of male workers while the lowest number of man staffs was identified in Australia, which was 61%. However, Japan spotted exactly 30% of women who were in work, which was the lowest percentages of female employees. Besides, Ireland recorded most women who are workers, which was more than 40%.
In 2015, Japan still had the highest number in men employees, with over 80% of men in work, while Australia spotted a significant increase in male staffs, and had the same number as Ireland. Moreover, the rates of woman employees in Australia rose tremendously and reached 55 percentage. Nevertheless, Japan still had the lowest number of female who have job.
In conclusion, both bar charts display the number of workers in three countries. There was an increase in both men and women staffs from 2005 to 2015.
