Overall, Australia remains Britain’s most preferred destination with a steady increase over the years. On the other hand, Greece is the least travelled destination among Britain’s.
Australia has shown an upward trend with more than 10,000 British Emigrants by the year 2009, becoming the most travelled country with just over 50,000 British people. While travelling to Canada is also a favourable destination, the number has dropped significantly, from around 35,000 to approximately 30,000. According to the trend in Germany, the graph has shown a slight decline and is expected to maintain going down in the near future.
The number of Britain’s in USA has fluctuated and has not experienced a specific change and has maintained a number of more than 20,000. In Greece, the number experienced massive resurgence to a high point in 2007 of around 35,000 before decreasing again to just above 10,000 British Emigrants.
