55% of full-time students are extremely satisfied with IT support services, whereas about 45% of part-time students are not satisfied, with only 20% being very satisfied. Meanwhile only 13% of full-time students are not happy. The percentage of full-time and part-time students who are quite satisfied are nearly similar, at about 32% and 35%, respectively.
When it comes to current opening hours, a large proportion of full-time students are very satisfied, at 67%. However, the highest level of satisfaction is seen among part-time students, with about 72% being very happy. Following this, 23% of students are quite satisfied, while only 5% are not satisfied at all. There is a similar percentage of full-time students who are quite satisfied with IT support, at 32%, while only 1% of them are not happy with it.
