The two pie charts illustrates the communication training held in an international company and employees’ reasons for participation. Overall, part-time training in the evening is the most popular category and distant learning is the least favored. Most people take the training to enjoy the holiday travel and the lowest proportion of people have it for communication with clients.
Evening part-time training has the biggest share among five kinds of programs, with a percentage of 39. It was followed by part-time training on weekends and self-tuition, both of which have a proportion of 22 percent. By contrast, intensive training and distnat learning are the least engaging activities, with the figure of 12 percent and 5 percent.
Participants of the trainings have different motivations. The most common reason for participating given by 46 percent of employees is about holiday travel. Moreover, business travel and personal interest respectively explain the motivations of 17 percent and 14 percent of participants.
