The three layouts illustrate the ground floor of a specific building and how it was repurposed. Overall, the building was used to for commercial and changed into recreational area and again back into commercial with a significant free space was opened after the redevelopments and only kitchen facilities remained unchanged.
Between 1958 and 1984, the ground floor was served to office works. Upon entrance, the reception area was placed on the right side, while the opposite side was for water close facilities. Down the corridor, the manager’s office was located the middle right side, with the two offices were on the other side. There had been a conference room on the left corner and dining facilities were on the different side.
In 1985, the floor was modified to hotel quarters and used to this purpose until 2000. The bathroom and shower were located on the left side from the entrance, while the reception area and manager’s office were completely altered to the two large bedrooms. The two small offices had been removed, with the meeting room was extended and transformed into living room.
Since 2001, the floor has been used as a flower shop. A new play area has built in the place of the bathroom. One of the bedroom has been transformed into again the office, and the living room into a gift shop. All the other areas have been adapted for flowers, with the only unchanged facility being the kitchen.
