It is believed that society is formed by rules and laws, where individuals have to obey seriously. The world will become chaos if people were free to do things they like. In my view, I strongly agree with this statement.
To begin with, rules and laws are created by governments, which are used to control citizens. Moreover, they could be understood as a set of guideline in the society. For instance, to reduce the propotion of accidents that are caused by using alcohol, strict rules are provided for individuals to obey and should not break the rules. To make the society become safer and work more logical, suitable rules and laws need to be carried out as soon as possible.
Furthermore, rules and regulations are responsible for the stage of fairness between people. If individuals were free to do whatever they want to do, society will be divided into two middle classes, chief of which are the rich and the poor. The society will become imbalance because the rich is always treated with respect while the poor is weaker.
In conclusion, rules and laws play a pivotal role in forming a society, where people are treated with equality. In my view, individuals should be awared about the important of rules and regulations, so the society will become more reasonable to live in.
