It is clear that recycling was the most popular method in Netherlands, while landfilled was preferred most by the British. Additionally, the percentage of waste processed by chemicals was the highest among four solutions.

In Netherland, the proportion of waste tackled by burning was about 10%, one third of Spain with 30%. In addition, nearly 68% waste resolved by recycling in Netherland, whereas there was only 12% in Spain. In contrast, the percentage of wasted processed by landfilled method was 40%, five times as much as the figure for Spain with around 9%.
