I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order from your company and request immediate action to resolve the issue. I have been a loyal customer in the past, but this experience has left me quite disappointed.
I placed my order on Aug 15, with the reference number of SM1645. The items included a pair of leggings, a white sports bra, and two pairs of socks. These items were on sale at the time, and it was stated that they were in perfect condition.
However, upon receiving my order yesterday, I discovered a big brown oily stain on the back of the leggings. I have attached a photo as proof. The other items are in good condition, and I do not require any replacements for them.
Nevertheless, I urgently need a replacement for the leggings, exactly as I ordered, as they are intended to be a birthday gift for my fitness coach. The birthday is on Aug 20, so I would greatly appreciate it if the replacement could arrive before that date.
