The bar chart and pie chart display the internet pace in five diverse Australian towns from 2005 to 2015 and how Australian inhabitants connected to the net by 2010.
Overall, after analyzing bar chart it can be seen that the speed of the internet in all cities increased over the entire period. In the pie chart most people connected to the web via broadband, but significant proportion used a mobile connection.
Firstly, the pace of the internet in the Sydney was the highest in both years in 2005 and 2015, reaching from approximately 13 to 14 MBPS. The speed in the Melbourne was similar to Brisbane in 2005. However, it rose significantly almost tripled from above 2 MBPS to just under 6 MBPS. The cities Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane grew slightly from 2005 to 2015.
Secondly, most individuals in Australia used Broadband connection with 62,09% by 2010. However, just over a third of people used a mobile device to access the internet, whereas as small percentage of people either used dial up or had no connection at all with 1,48 % and 0,89 % respectively.
