Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my gratitude for providing me the opportunity to study at your prestigious college next year. It is an honor for me to attend the best college in the city, as my current residence is almost 3 hours away from college, I would like to enquire about the possibilities of residing in the college hall of residence.

Regarding my residence needs, I am more interested in a separate room with an attached bathroom because it will allow me to focus on my studies in privacy. I understand this will cost me more as compared to the sharing room options but I have the budget for the ensuite room. Also, please register my name for the in-house food providers in college as I do not have cooking skills, so I am depending on the college cooking mess. The only other request is for vegetarian meals and to avoid any items containing meat.

At the moment, residence in the hall of college is the best available option according to my needs. But if due to any circumstances, I dont meet the eligibility criteria for residence or if you do not have enough spare rooms available, Please provide me wit other residence options available for the students preferably near the college according to my requirements. As it would allow me to focus on my studies without any problem.

Waiting for your kind response.

Yours sincerely,

Nida Saleem
