The bar chart compares the proportion of resources from renewable energy consumed in transport sector in six European Union contries between 2009 and 2010.
Overall, the Slovakia was the highest fuel usage in six countries, whereas this figure in the Greece had the lowest fuel usage in both years. Besides, most countries using fuel in 2010 were higher than that year.
Looking at first 2009, the Slovakia used the greatest amount of fuel, around 9.3%, followeb by Austria and France, were 6.5% and 6% respectively. Besides, the rate of the Poland resources using was 5%. While the proportion of Spain accounted for 3.5%, and this figure in the Greece was 1%, which was the lowest rate in six countries. The average rate of the European Union was approximately 4.1% this year.
Turning to 2010, although the percentage of Slovakia dropped slightly, the Slovakia ontinued maintain the highest fuel consumption in six years, around 7.9%. Meanwhile, the France fuel usage decreased considerably in this year, approximately 5.1%. Besides, the proportion of the France resouces consumption did not have any change in this year, and the Poland one increased 1% from 2009, they had the same rate at 6%. The rate of fuel usage in the Spain and Greece rose noticeblely, were 5,9% and 2%, respectively. The average in fuel usage in this year was higher 0.8% than that year.
