To begin, fishes are catched by the in the sea then transport to port by ship or boat. After that, fish is frozen in cold machine, following by thawing it in the clean water. Next, producers cut open the fish into two pieces before soak in salt water which have yellow coloring.
In the next stage, fish undergoes a smoked process for a while, latter manufacturers pack it in box and freeze down to 0 degree. Fish continous to be stored in cold container before distributing to many fish stores by trucks. Overcoming a long period, fish can be selled to many people.
