The line graph presents the contestants who have particpated in Olympics when it was commenced. There is comparsion between male and females in the following data among the several years.

Overall, the total number of participants is gradually rising over the years. Whereas, similar trends can be addressed with the men contestants. On the other hand, The line represnting women data is building up, but slow and steadily.

In 1924, the aggregate number of players were at approximately above 3000. Within the period of two deacades their number made up to 6000 that is in 1944 with soaring level. The number hovered at 8000 abd below in the years 2964 and 1984. The total number of contestants were at its peak in 2004 that is 12000.
