Well uh, there are so many, uh, varieties of the food in the indian style. Like indian people used to make variety of dishes when there is any event or um, any special festival. Today I’m going to talk about my favorite dish. We. My mommy always used uh, to make it for me. Uh, and I love this station, each and every festival. So, uh, my mother always make it readdy for me. Either somebody wants it or not, but especially for me. Uh, and the dish name is fried rice with sage, one chutney. To elaborate this dish, um, we can say that there is a fried rice, plain fried rice with uh, some onions, garlic, ginger taste and uh, traditional spices are included in the dish. And some oily food mixed with the fried, um, plain fried rice. So uh, there are so many shops also, which is a uh, opening. Which is opening in um, my town having the stitches, uh, in their shops. Uh, the uh, other thing which I would like the most on any event with the shi. One fried advise is gulab dun, which is um, also traditional, uh, sweet of guat. And everybody loves it. Uh, and especially my father sacrificed his, uh, favoriteish because of me. Because my mom always want to make my special dish. Uh, just one thing that I would also like to uh, also like to learn from my um, mother how to make that.
