Overall, the most popular interests among the age sectors are watching TV, followed by reading and riding bikes, which are relatively popular. The least favored activity among the youth is art.
The contrast in the watching TV category between kids aged from 9 to 11 and those aged 12 to 16 was virtually slight, with figures rising over 90 percent and nearly 100 percent, respectively. The youngest group, 5 to 9-year-olds, increased approximately 85 percent, which was the lowest in the sector. Following this, in riding, the 12 to 16 age group took the lead, which exceeded the rate to over 80 percent; following behind were the 5 to 8-year-olds group, the figure grew moderately to roughly 80 percent. Apart from that, the 9 to 11-year-olds declined to virtually 62 percent.
For the reading, both 9 to 11-year-olds and 12 to 16-year-olds remained stable at approximately 70 percent, while the 5 to 8 stayed above 60 percent. In contrast, the art, both figures decreased rapidly, with 5 to 8-year-olds taking the dominance of the category, which was at 60 percent. The others dropped in respectively, at virtually 50 percent and 45 percent.
