It is generally believed that the plenty of countries have traditional celebrations occur annually. I acknowledge the benefits for society. Particularly there are more planification and willingness to participate and collaborate, during these celebrations people have more social interactions due to the party ambience, these celebrations are carried out for hundreds of years, thus, they are full of feelings and emotions that help people to communicate themselves.
Firstly, In the special days such as, The Teacher’s Day , The Women’s Day,The Mother’s Day and even in Birthdays a person or a group of people are trying to make the main person of those days happy.Whereas they are trying to make the main person of those days happy,they can try to buy a present that this person can love,they can get someone that lives far away and being loved by this person due to make the person happy. Besides in The Special Days such as liberty day,independence holiday,labour day the whole country can try to plan some events like putting flowers on the monument of him,make a concert,they can walk on the street as a group in every city in order to recognize the person that brought out that special day or saying thanks to him for those days.
Secondly, Celebrations like hallowing and ramazans involves knocking your neighbor’s door allowing us to have more social interactions.Celebrations make you post something on the social media. Then the foreigners that have seen your post can find a topic about those special days so as to text you. Therefore you can be friend ,having good times,socialized and perhaps lovers.
Thirdly and lastly,Christmas is based in the happiness of jesus coming to this world, this happiness make people feel and believe that society is one and that we are one in the eyes of god. Well, The Republic Day in Türkiye is based on the war of independence, poorness of civilizations in the liberty war and WW1.In 2023 ,It’s been a century since The Republic established and in the all streets you could see their flags and Mustafa Kemal Ataturk that has esthabilished the Turkiye Republic.
To conclude, in all traditions the celebrations are important for their culture and their ancestors because in those days they recognise their ancestors and their old culture.For people These celebrations create the perfect environment to socialize and share time together.
